Adam has been a valued member of the team since the start of NCL and is proud to have been the first employee in the early days.

Adam has worked in various sectors in his lifting carer since starting as a Slinger / Signaller in 2003, moving on to a mobile Crane Operator within the regional crane hire sector, before progressing to the contract lifting world where his career has gained vast experience with varied heavy crane hire companies.

In 2020 Adam progressed his carer to the next level with promotion to Technical Director where he currently oversees the day to day works and is supported by Contract Lift managers and CAD engineers to deliver the high-level Lift Plans.

With a keen eye for attention to detail and a real passion for the industry he works in, Adam enjoys innovative solutions to support both the office and field teams. He relishes those problematic projects where thinking outside the box is a must, to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget whilst upholding the high standards that NCL deliver on every project.
